‘Included Delivery’ applies to standard UK postal areas only. If you are ordering from abroad or the ‘Highlands and Islands’ areas then please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

If we receive an order before noon we will endeavour to dispatch the beer that same day.

The courier we use is UK Mail, on a next-day domestic service.

If you are looking to buy beer online for a specific event it is worth ordering for delivery a day or two before the event is due. This gives allowance for any unforeseen circumstances.

If ordering beer for a weekend we advise that you place the order by noon on the Wednesday. In general, this will result in the beer being delivered on the Thursday but it gives an extra day’s leeway incase any unforeseen circumstance arises (such as a business post van breaking down etc).

If you would like Business Post to be given any specific instructions such as ‘Leave parcel in garage’ you can specify this while making payment.

If you are ordering in advance but do not want the parcel shipped yet then you can enter a desired shipping date in the ‘specific instructions’ box while making payment.

To ensure that the beer arrives with you in top condition we supply the beer with sediment, so we recommend giving the polypin 24 hours to settle.
